Her work sits at the intersection of human behavior and business strategy. She integrates the Demartini Method with leadership and business frameworks, making her facilitation especially relevant for leaders who want their internal shifts to translate into measurable external results.

Carly came to this work through her own experience. While living in Los Angeles, she struggled with depression and anxiety and believed her external circumstances were the source. She moved to Sydney, Australia thinking a new environment would change how she felt. It did not.

What she discovered instead, removed from her familiar environment and distractions, was that much of what she had been struggling with was being generated internally through her own perceptions and interpretations. That realization changed the direction of her life.

In Sydney, she was introduced to a methodology that produced shifts she had previously been told would take a lifetime to work through. The results were significant enough that she committed herself to studying and facilitating the work professionally. She has continued ever since.
