Step 1: Download sample template

Step 2: Replace sample attendees with your own attendees, ensuring two things:

1. that you have 4 columns containing this data: first name, last name, email address, mobile no.
2. that you click File > Save As... and choose CSV from the "Save as type" drop box

If the above is in order, when you open your .csv file in Notepad or similar text editor, you will see this format:

Joe,Bloggs,joe@example.com,0820120123
Jill,Hills,jill@example.com,0820120124
etc...
