Children Love to Be Grateful Too!

Every child can develop the gratitude attitude. There are special moments every day that a child can take to "Count their Blessings". Here are just a few.

1.      Upon arising:

Have an attitude of gratitude for a night of sound sleep and for every possible opportunity the new dawn or day could bring.

2.      Upon eating breakfast:

Have an attitude of gratitude for the nourishment of your body and all those who have provided it.

3.   Upon arriving at school:

Have an attitude of gratitude for the opportunity to learn, play and be with teachers and friends.

4.   Upon eating lunch:

Have an attitude of gratitude for the nourishment of your body, all those who prepared it and the fun of talking with friends.

5.      Upon arriving home:

Have an attitude of gratitude for the opportunity to have a parent or parents who love you and for that special place you can go to, named "home".

6.   Upon eating dinner:

Have an attitude of gratitude for the nourishment of your body and for those who provide this nourishment and have gratitude for the opportunity to exercise and make your body fit.

7.   Upon retiring:

Have an attitude of gratitude for every possible overlooked opportunity the day brought.

These seven magical moments can be filled with an attitude of gratitude and change any child's day for the better.
