Dissolving Distractions and Remaining Focused
Every day that employers and employees become distracted from their primary objective they cost their national or international corporations hundred of thousands, millions or even billions of dollars. If an employee doesn't have an organized mind and a clear set of priority actions he or she will spend an enormous amount of time, energy and thought on low priority distractions. There are times in almost everyone's life when things just seem to pile up and become overwhelmingly distracting. This is the time when they need a simple tool that can help them sort through it all and bring some sanity, order and organization back to their lives. The "Distraction Resolution - Business Development Module" is such a marvellous tool.

Prioritizing Actions and Delegating Responsibilities
When managers neglect to do their higher priority activities or delegate their lower priority activities to subordinates they set the stage for their teams to do the same. By focusing on those priorities they save their company time, energy and most importantly, money. There's an art to doing it and this is one of the most important arts to master, for without its mastery no company can grow beyond a mom and pop organization.

Self-Management and Accountability
When executives and executive teams become forgetful and unaccountable for their primary objectives they cost their corporations dearly. Having a daily checklist in front of you is like having a coach standing beside you as you're about to go into the most important game of your life. It is an absolute "must" and certainly confirms the old adage, "Even a short pencil is more reliable then the longest memory".

Productivity, Motivation & Loyalty
If you don't have a clear vision and direction for your corporation, one that inspires you, one that provides you with a feeling that filters through every levels of your company, you'll waste money, energy and time trying to rescue employees and get them motivated. If the people in your corporation have not taken the time to link their individual job responsibilities and the purpose of the corporation to their values and goals, they can't possibly be demonstrating their maximum motivation or productivity. And they definitely won't be feeling their highest degree of loyalty towards you. If you and your employees fail to periodically elevate your productivity, motivation and loyalty then your business will, without a doubt, become vulnerable to the costly ravages of boredom and burnout.

Resolving Conflicts
Important employees within corporations can at times develop conflicts with each other and conflicts quite often have serious repercussions on efficiency and productivity. Though cooperation and conflict are parts of any worthwhile enterprise, conflict, when blown out of proportion, can cost companies fortunes. Conflict resolution must be timely and effective to save companies the expense of down time, loss of resources and even litigation. It's a skill no executive can afford to be without.
